Hand painted image of the village of Cumberland inside of a snow globe. Painted in 2017. Architecturally and paint colour accurate to 2017. 
The village of Cumberland has so much charm and on a cold November day walk, with a first light snowfall, the buildings reminded me of a village inside of snowglobe. As soon as I got home from that walk, I sketched out the beginning of this painting.
